Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear or have been removed from sealed packaging cannot be accepted.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original clear hygiene packaging and secure them in a shipping mailer along with your printed return authorization form.
Ship the Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for hygiene compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
